EP 8 marks the latest in a series of acclaimed independent releases from Qveen Herby, including last year’s EP 6 and EP 7, both of which are available now at all DSPs and streaming services HERE. Released November 2019, EP 7 includes the hit singles, “Cheap Talk” and “Vitamins,” both joined by colorful companion videos directed by Nick Noonan (@jediinick).
With cumulative Spotify streams now over 44 million (+350K monthly listeners over the last 6 months alone) Qveen Herby is undoubtedly a landmark artist, blending an idiosyncratic fusion of hip-hop, R&B, pop, and dance music with a committed mission of true expression and universal empowerment.

Born Amy Heidemann, the Nebraska-native, Los Angeles-based artist/entrepreneur first touched stardom in 2012 as one-half – with her husband/producer/collaborator Nick Noonan – of the RIAA platinum certified, chart-topping pop duo, Karmin.

Qveen Herby emerged as a solo project in 2017, the new moniker bridging personal strength and that of Herbie Husker, the beloved mascot for the Nebraska Cornhuskers – an indelible reminder to herself to never forget where she comes from. A remarkable series of EPs followed, each offering fiery lyricism, distinctive songcraft, innovative production, and a truly one-of-a-kind pop persona. “It is clear that Qveen Herby isn’t just a stage name or a quick grab of a marketing scheme,” wrote Earmilk. “It is of an empowering woman that is taking charge. Her discography boasts of independence, rapid bars, modern R&B, and silky throwbacks…Qveen Herby has the vocals and bars to execute with ease.”

Along with Checkbook Records, Qveen Herby is co-founder – with her real life best friend, DJ/producer Audrey Napoleon – of the revolutionary lifestyle and cosmetics brand, Qveen®: For The Modern Day Boss Bitch™. For more information, please visit qveenstudio.com.
